ROTHFINDER PRIVACY POLICY — Version 3.0, Effective August 6, 2026
1. Who We Are; What This Covers
Rothfinder LLC ("Rothfinder," "we," "us"), an Arizona company located at 9393 N 90th St Ste 102 PMB 502, Scottsdale, AZ 85258, provides (a) the public website at rothfinder.com (the "Site") and (b) the Rothfinder Platform, a software service used by financial and insurance professionals ("Advisors"), their Marketing Groups and/or Affiliates, and the Advisors' clients ("Clients") (the "Platform," and together with the Site, the "Services"). This Policy explains what information we collect through the Services, how we use it, and who can see it. The Services are intended for use in the United States by adults 18 and older.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: your name, email, phone number, and login credentials; for Advisors, your firm name and insurance license number.
Case and financial information: the information Advisors and Clients enter into the Platform, including client profiles, scenarios, analyses, and reports. This may include nonpublic personal financial information protected by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance privacy laws.
Payment information (Advisors only): payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card or bank account numbers.
Website and inquiry information: if you visit the Site or submit a contact, demo-request, or similar form, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and company) and the information described in Section 3 below.
Usage information: log data such as IP address, device and browser type, and how the Services are used, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to: (a) operate and secure the Site; (b) understand how visitors use the Site through analytics tools; and (c) measure and improve the performance of our advertising through advertising pixels placed by ad networks (such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn). These technologies may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and, where you arrived through an ad, information that lets the ad network attribute your visit to a campaign.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required by law, through the privacy-choices tool described in Section 8. Analytics and advertising partners operate under their own privacy policies and may combine information they collect from the Site with other information they hold about you.
4. How We Use Information
We use information only to: (a) provide, support, secure, and bill for the Services; (b) respond to inquiries submitted through the Site; (c) measure and improve the Site and our marketing, including through the analytics and advertising described in Section 3; (d) comply with law and enforce our terms; and (e) operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its AI features using data only in de-identified, aggregated form that does not identify any person. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on your state of residence, our use of advertising pixels as described in Section 3 may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information under applicable law; see Section 8 for how to opt out.
5. Who Can See Your Information
Inside the Platform, a Client's information is visible to that Client and their Advisor, and — solely for supervision and support purposes — to the Advisor's Marketing Group and/or Affiliates. Only the Advisor can publish materials to a Client, and only a Client (and their Advisor) can maintain the Client's profile information.
Beyond that, we disclose personal information only to: (a) service providers (such as hosting and payment processors) bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and acting only on our instructions; (b) analytics and advertising partners as described in Section 3; (c) authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety; and (d) a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. We do not disclose identifiable client case information to any other third party.
6. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with generally accepted industry standards for similar services — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your information. If a security incident affects your unencrypted personal information, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your credentials confidential.
7. Retention
Upon expiration, cancellation, non-payment, or termination of an Advisor's subscription, we will send notice of the closing of the Advisor’s portal, and to the Advisor's Clients’ profile email, and Advisor and Client will lose access to the associated Customer Content sixty (60) days after that notice, except where we must retain it to meet legal, regulatory, audit, or record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
We keep website inquiry information (such as contact-form submissions) for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and for our business records, after which we delete or de-identify it. Cookie and analytics data is retained according to the applicable retention period of our analytics and advertising providers.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can view and update your profile information in your account. Clients may also direct questions or requests to their Advisor. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the Site footer or contact us at privacy@rothfinder.com, and we will respond as applicable law requires. Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. Note that financial information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act is generally governed by that framework rather than state consumer-privacy statutes.
9. Children; U.S. Only
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Services are offered and hosted in the United States only.
10. Changes; Contact
If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by email or in-Platform notice and, where required, ask you to acknowledge the updated Policy before continuing. Questions or requests: Rothfinder LLC, Attn: Privacy, 9393 N 90th St Ste 102 PMB 502, Scottsdale, AZ 85258, privacy@rothfinder.com.
